ACAI SMOOTHIE/BOWL RECIPE

Serve 2.
INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoon of Acai Powder
2 Tablespoon of Protein Powder (optional)
2 Tablespoon of shredded coconut (optional)
Handful of Frozen Blueberries
Handful of Frozen Strawberries
2 full bananas
4 Icecubes
Cup of still/coconut water (or almond milk)
1 tablespoon of honey
3 tablespoon of Chia Seeds
UTENSILS
Blender
Tablespoon
Measuring cups
TOPPING (optional)
Mixed Granola (What I used)
Fruit (example - chopped up strawberries, banana or kiwi fruit etc)
Goji Berries
Chia seeds
Pistachio
Sunflower seeds
Drizzled honey on top
Coconut flakes
METHOD
1. Add all the ingredients (minus the mixed granola) into a blender. Blend until smooth, and if it's not at the right consistency for you. You can add extra water (or milk) as needed to get the blender running. Aim for a frozen yoghurt consistency.
