HOMEMADE POTATO CHIPS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
Potatoes (I have used 3)
Himalayan Salt (optional)
Olive Oil (optional)
Mixed herbs (optional)
UTENSILS
Chopping board
Peeler (optional)
Knife
Baking paper
Oven-proof tray
METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 200-250 degree
2. Prepare the baking paper on your oven proof tray.
3. Wash the potatoes and peel the potatoes (peeling the potatoes is optional - my son prefers the skin).
4. Slice the potato to whatever thickness you want them to be (I prefer them to be thinly sliced).
5. Place them onto the baking paper and space them apart.
6. Lightly spray or pour oil over the potatoes, then sprinkle salt and mixed herbs on top.
7. Cook for 30 minutes or until golden and crisp
Tips to make it extra crunchy - Once cooked in the oven, put the potato chips into a stainless fry pan and toss them around for 10-15 minutes (or whenever suits you)
