WHAT KEEPS ME SANE WITH TWO UNDER TWO

Lately I have been asked frequently how do I do it? How do I manage two kids under two on my own, while my partner is at work. To me personally it is more of a mind over matter. Before bed, I think to myself - Tomorrow is going to be a better day, and I don't have time to stress myself nor the kids out.

What has helped me through having two kids is, react to your kids and never force them to do anything. Don't stress yourself out if your child refuses to eat, they will eat when they are hungry. Don't get upset if your child refuses to nap, they will nap when they want to. Some kids don't know how to handle their emotions properly, and sometimes you need to let them cry it all out. Just like when adults are feeling upset or angry, you either rant or cry. Some days are harder than others, and all you can really do is think positive and know everyday is a better day. End of the day your kids are still human, and sometimes you have to think about yourself. Would you eat if someone shoves a plate of food in your face and makes you eat when your not hungry? would you go to sleep when your not tired because someone told you too? No.

Disclaimer - For the ones who don't understand. I am not trying to say 'let your kids cry and abandon them', I am trying to say if they are just having a sook or crying for no reason sometimes it's best to let them cry.
