MAKING HEALTHIER CHOICES

My partner and I recently decided we want to start making healthier food choices, and finally we have gotten the motivation to do so. I have never been on a diet or have eaten 'clean', and every time (without a doubt) when I tell myself I'm going to go on a diet I always failed myself. As for my partner he has done all that, so it will be a lot easier for him.

The reason why we have decided to make the healthier food choices is mainly for our kids. I am currently breastfeeding both of my kids, and I want to be healthier for my kids because I feel it would be better for them in the long run.

What we are aiming to do is take baby steps, without the pressure of eating healthy and slowly replacing our pantry with what is considered the healthier option. If you have any tips or recipes for healthy alternatives.
