PEAR PUREE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

3 Large Pears

Breast/Formula Milk (optional)

UTENSILS

Chopping Board

Peeler

Knife

Saucepan

Blender

METHOD

1. Fill the saucepan halfway with water (medium heat).

2. Peel and cut the pear in half, and remove the core.

3. Once the water has boiled, add the chopped up pear into the saucepan.

4. Cook for 5-10 minutes (until soften).

5. Take the pears out of the saucepan and put them in a blender. If you don't have a blender you can mash it yourself with a spoon until smooth.

6. Add some water or milk if needed.

7. Let it cool down for 20 minutes before giving to your little ones or put it in the fridge for 5-10 minutes to cool it down faster.
